President

Fabrizio Antonielli d´Oulx

Fabrizio Antonielli d’Oulx, from 2014, is the managing director of the publishing company, Libro d’Oro Srl (www.librodorosrl.it), located in Rome, Italy. Libro d’Oro is focussed on the fields of history, heredity and genealogy with a unique focus on Italian nobility.

In 1990, with other associates, Fabrizio founded the industrial company Prototipo Spa, where he assumed the company’s Commercial Direction, establishing and maintaining relationships with all main car makers in Europe, as well as participating in international exhibitions around the world.

In 1978, Fabrizio became a partner in a society of business advising (SirtexSoa) in Torino, where his focus was on problems of human behaviour in the workplace. Prior to this, he spent five years at Fiat in the services of psychological advising.

Fabrizio is a participant in a number of clubs and assignations, including Rotary International, Club Susa – Val Susa and Società del Whist Accademia Filarmonica di Torino and Italian Society of Heraldic Studies.

He is President of the Former Association Students of the Classic High School “Vittorio Alfieri” of Turin, President of VIVANT, Association for the valorisation of the historical and noble Traditions, President of the Association “Friends of Sacra of the San Michele (Torino)” and General Secretary of “Collegio Araldico” Association for Heraldic studies.

Fabrizio holds both a Degree in Law from University of Torino and Specialization in Education Sciences, also from the University of Turin. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks English and French.

Fabrizio makes his home in Torino with his wife Jolanda Balladore-Pallieri. They have two daughters, Marianna and Maria Delfina.

Roberto Gilardino

Roberto Gilardino is Regional Partner at Horizons, supervising the advisory’s activities in North Asia along with additional countries including Australia, Brazil, Cyprus, Indonesia, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, New Zealand, Pakistan and Qazaqstan.

From the Horizons lead office in the heart of downtown Shanghai, Roberto, in addition to his portfolio, oversees the advisory’s transnational operations. His Shanghai-based team, whose expertise rests in corporate issues and property safeguard, liaises day-to-day with Horizons’ regional offices, serving as the advisory’s global gateway.

Roberto’s background and skill-set lie in international business and corporate law with a special attention on corporate government, strategy and shareholder protection. He is further highly judicious in providing clients with robust M&A support and negotiation analysis. Having a deep sense of cross-cultural issues in cross-border transactions and corporate matters, Roberto and his team provide clients with unique insights and strategies related to the difficult-to-read, often behind the scenes, nuances in transnational business.

Serving as a versatile leader, Roberto is equally able to tend to highly positioned clients and liaise with governmental entities, as he is able to roll up his sleeves and attend to the nuts and bolt work corporate advisory.

Prior to joining Horizons, Roberto served professionally in ministries, governmental bodies and the private sector, primarily in China.

An Italian national, Roberto is fluent in Italian, English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.

Vincenzo Franco

A chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Vincenzo Franco is a founder of Studio Sistema Srl, a Turin, Italy based multi-disciplinary corporate advisory in operation since 1982. Studio Sistem provides private individuals and companies with in-depth advice on commercial, corporate, tax, organizational and employment law.

Prior to Studio Sistema, Vincenzo served as a Doctor at IFIL Group from 1980-82 and auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 1979-81.

From 1993 to 2008, Vincenzo served as Honorary Consul of Cameroon. Among the associations that he belongs to include the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin Ivrea and Valle d’Aosta (since 1982) and the Register of Auditors (since 1991).

Vincenzo holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Economics and Trade, Turino, Italy. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks English and French.

Vincenzo makes his home in Turin. He is married and with three sons, Guido Maria who works as a Chartered accountant in Turin, Giulio Andrea who works at Unicef in New York and Alessandro who works in an electrician firm.

Vito Falcetta

Vito Falcetta is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor at Studio Sistema Srl, a Turin, Italy based multi-disciplinary corporate advisory in operation since 1982. Studio Sistem provides private individuals and companies with in-depth advice on commercial, corporate, tax, organizational and employment law.

Vito began his career at the leading auditing firm, Coopers & Lybrand, today PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Among the associations that Vito belongs to include Register of Chartered Accountants of Turin, Ivrea and Valle d’Aosta and the Register of Legal Auditors, both since 1996.

Vito holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks English and French.

Vito makes his home in Turin. He is married and has a daughter.
